Women's World: The Path of Yin

Perimenopause isn't an end point, but a transition—a period of deep transformation in which body and mind demand peace, insight, and gentleness. Many women feel out of balance during this phase: hormonally, emotionally, or energetically. Stress, overstimulation, and constant expectations—from yourself and the world—disrupt the balance between Yin and Yang.

During the 6-part series " Woman's World: The Power of the 5 Elements within Perimenopause, " we'll take time together to slow down, feel, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
You will learn to understand how your energy works, what your body needs, and how you can create more harmony in your daily life using the wisdom of the Chinese five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water).

Eastern philosophies have taught us for centuries that everything is interconnected. When we understand the dance between Yin (rest, restoration, stillness) and Yang (action, growth, movement), life becomes brighter and more balanced.

During these lessons, you will learn to listen to your body and gain insight into how physical and mental complaints arise — and what you can do to regain balance.
